I bought tickets on Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, and it did work out in the end. I was in a good mood and excited to get everything booked, but the site made it a bit more frustrating than I expected. Picking seats took a few tries, and checkout felt slower than it should have. I did get my confirmation email with no issues, though. Overall, it wasn’t bad, just not as smooth as it could be.

Had a really nice night here. The hall had this warm, classy feel without being all fancy or uptight. Just a great vibe the whole night.

Went in expecting a decent night, maybe nothing too wild, and of course it ended up sounding absolutely amazing. Typical, right? Really glad I went.

I had a really good time at the Indianapolis Symphony. The music was beautiful, and the whole place had a warm, welcoming feel to it. Getting inside was easy, though parking was a little frustrating. Our seats were decent, and overall it made for a really enjoyable night. I’d definitely go again.

I was hoping for a bit more help with accessibility, but for some reason the support and options felt limited. It wasn’t unusable, but it definitely didn’t meet what I needed.

I’ve generally been really happy with the programming. There’s usually a nice balance of the classics and some newer pieces, so it doesn’t really feel stale. I almost always end up finding at least one thing that seems worth going to.

I was able to find the event time and venue info without any hassle, which shouldn’t feel as rare as it does. Everything was laid out clearly enough, so I didn’t have to dig around or guess where to go.

Grabbed tickets for the show we wanted and the prices were actually reasonable. Then I got to checkout and, somehow, wasn’t ambushed by a pile of ridiculous mystery fees. Truly a rare modern miracle. The total stayed close to what I expected, so yeah, I’d definitely use them again

I really wanted to enjoy this more, but the conductor just felt kind of rushed and distant to me. The music itself was fine, so it’s a shame the night never really pulled me in the way I’d hoped.

I signed up thinking the membership would be worth the cost, but i’m not really seeing it. The perks were okay, but nothing that made me feel like I was getting a great deal. Maybe I’m missing something, but for what it costs, I expected a lot more.

I was just trying to check concert times and ticket details, but the site felt a little all over the place. I had to click around more than I expected for basic info, and I don’t love having to hunt for details before I feel comfortable buying anything.
A few pages loaded slowly for me, and using it on my phone was kind of frustrating. The scrolling felt clunky, and the menu didn’t make it super obvious where to go, so I kept backing out and double-checking that I was even in the right place.

I’m sure the symphony itself is great, and I’d still consider going, but the website made planning feel more stressful than it needed to be. When I’m spending money on tickets, I just want clear times, prices, and info upfront so I know what I’m committing to

I had a question about my tickets it took longer than I expected to get a response. They did eventually get back to me and the answer was helpful, but the communication in the meantime wasn’t very clear, which was frustrating. I didn’t really know if anyone was looking into it or if I just needed to keep waiting. Overall, it was okay, but the lack of updates was annoying

I booked through indianapolissymphony.org and had a really nice time at the concert. The sound was great overall, the strings were super clear, and the brass had this big, warm feel without overpowering everything. From where I was sitting, a few of the softer moments kind of got buried, which felt like something preventable with a little adjustment. It definitely didn’t ruin the night, though. The acoustics were still solid, and I’d happily go again

I was expecting parking to be a hassle, but I found a spot nearby quickly. Getting out afterward was just as easy, which made the whole visit feel way less stressful

Went mostly for the guest artist, to be honest. And yeah, they were really good. Lots of energy. It felt like one of those performances that just has a little extra something. The orchestra was solid too, really full and polished. Only annoying part was getting seated — kind of a slow wait at the start. But once it got going, I was happy I went. Really nice night overall.

Had a solid view from my row and could see everything clearly. The seats were comfortable enough, not amazing, but totally fine for the event.

The orchestra sounded really solid. The musicians were clearly on top of their game, and aside from a couple tiny slips here and there, because apparently humans aren’t flawless robots — it was a great performance.
